Table preview
Preparing the simulator and first table.
Solve with the settings in the Solve panel below. Shortcut: S.
Space or K: play/pause; Space also simulates a draft shot. J / L: slower/faster playback. ← / →: previous/next event or runout stroke. Home: return to start. S: solve; Escape cancels a running solve. N / Shift+N: next/previous ranked shot. 1–4: edit aim, speed, cue strike or elevation; type a value, Enter applies, Escape leaves the field. R: randomize layout; Undo restores it. ?: show these shortcuts. Shortcuts do not apply while typing or when a control uses the key. Letter and number shortcuts can be switched off here.
Shot settings
Controls describe the starting stroke. Editing a source stroke pauses playback and returns to its start. Recorded solver strokes are read-only.
Start a new layout with every configured ball and no strokes. Settings stay. This is not a break.
Simulation result Read-only
No resolved contact
Viewing direction: cue ball → object ball. This is a simulated impact, not the cue-tip setting.

Checking local service…
Use billiards serve with installed models on supported macOS Apple Silicon. Service checks do not request capture permission. Video is analyzed locally; audio is never captured and nothing is sent to a cloud service.

Selection & editing help
In Move mode, drag balls or the cue’s aim handle. Select several balls to move a group. Pan mode or Ctrl-drag moves only the view.
Use Aim for contact controls. Right-click or long-press an object ball, or press Shift+F10, for Aim contact. Drag horizontally; Shift-drag is 10× finer, and arrows adjust 0.1%. Drag the on-table ghost to change targets. This is a geometric guide; verify in simulation.
